Recycling

Downing College is keen to ensure that opportunities for effective recycling are available.

Print cartridge and mobile phone handset recycling

Print cartridges and defunct phone handsets can be left in the Porters' Lodge or with the IT Department on B staircase.

Computer hardware

Computer hardware can be accepted for recycling. Please e-mail the IT Department with the following information:

• A list of the hardware to be recycled. This should include the make, model, and, ideally, unique serial number of the item(s).
• A direct statement requesting recycling of the items.

The IT Department will contact you and make arrangements for the items to be collected or dropped off as appropriate.
